EdTech Platform — 30,000+ Students

What I built
- Scaled EdTech platform to 30,000+ students across 15 countries
- 200+ hours of curriculum (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, architecture)
- YouTube channel with 80,000+ subscribers and 500K+ views
- Over $1 million in revenue — bootstrapped, no external funding
- Surpassed $200K annual revenue within 24 months of launch (Hotmart Black certified)
- Peak revenue: $60K/month with paid traffic during pandemic
- Trained 400+ professionals in AI-augmented workflows
Social impact and mentoring
Created the Social Dev program, placing 21 underprivileged youth into tech jobs with a 100% employment rate in 90 days. As a Computer Science professor (2012-2015), mentored 50+ students who secured positions at Microsoft, Meta, and Ericsson. Proof that technical education can change lives at scale.
Builder, not just engineer
This platform proved I can build a business from zero — product, marketing, content, sales, support. Not just write code, but create something that generates revenue and impact independently.
Current focus
Now creating content about Spec Driven Development — teaching engineers to specify software for AI agents, not just code it themselves. The next chapter is about the next chapter of software engineering.
What I learned
Teaching 30,000 people to code taught me more about software than writing it. If you can’t explain a concept clearly enough for a beginner to execute, you can’t specify it clearly enough for an AI agent either.
